Lady Marmalade

Red Onion Marmalade

With a mild flavour of caramelised onions, rosemary and wine, this will go with just about anything. It contains exrta virgin olive oil so has a naturally rich flavour. Favourite accompaniments include chevre chaud, poached eggs and spanish omlette.

The problem with this stuff is that I can't make it as fast as I can eat it. It requires smaller batches so availability is limited. Everyting in this product is certified organic.
